Sestriere is the most famous Italian ski resort in Piedmont, particularly since the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics. It is linked to the "Milky Way" (Vialattea), a Franco-Italian ski area situated between 1,535 and 2,700 meters in altitude, boasting no less than 410 km of slopes between Montgenèvre and Claviere, Cesana and Sansicario. It is also a heli-skiing paradise , just a stone's throw from France, accessible even for short breaks. With its 8 meters of accumulated snowfall and 300 days of sunshine a year, all your skiing desires will be fulfilled!
The region's premier ski resort , located 2 hours from Turin and 20 km from the French border (including 3 hours from Val d'Isère), has a temporary helicopter base for departures and arrivals. Our partner air operator has been based in Sestriere since 2010, and its pilots are the only ones authorized to transport passengers in accordance with Italian (ENAC) and European Civil Aviation regulations on the Vialattea.

Heliski formula for the day:
Day 1 :Possibility to sleep on the station (optional, supplement to be provided)
Day 1 :Meet in Sestriere early in the morning, around 08:00. Distribution of safety equipment, briefing.
Heliskiing day in Sestriere, number of flights from 1 to 4 depending on the formula chosen. Possibility of mixing Helicopter and ski touring drops.
We separate at the end of this extraordinary day.
This program is indicative and may be modified depending on the snow conditions and the weather, the level and the wishes of the group, in order to ensure the safety and pleasure of all. The accompanying guide is the sole judge in the matter.
If it is impossible to fly due to weather conditions, the accompanying guide will offer the skiers a day of off-piste skiing / freerando, and the helicopter part of the day's price will be refunded to the participants.
2-day Heliski weekend package:

Early departure for the most beautiful Heliski routes in the region. Possibility of mixing Helicopter and ski touring drops.
